Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Chapter 1325 Dropping Off Su Wuhan

Chapter 1325  Dropping Off Su Wuhan

Leaving the mystic realm together with Mui and Su Wuhan, Xuan Hao first made sure to contact Feng Chen and make sure that there wasn't anyone from the Blue Sea Empire around. Not planning to accidentally return to the sect with a demonic cultivator when someone from the Blue Sea Empire might still be in the process of searching through the territory of the sect for any sign of demonic cultivators. n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

Although the chance of this still being the case over a month after the situation with the demonic cultivators in the Frozen Wasteland had started to calm down, he didn't intend to take any unnecessary risks. Especially when it was related to the possibility of being attacked by the powerful Blue Sea Empire.

However, after finishing his conversation with Feng Chen about the situation, Xuan Hao was shocked to hear that a battle had broken out between the Celestial Immortal Realm Ancestors from the Blue Sea Empire and the Demon Kings of the Frozen Wasteland. Resulting in one of the Celestial Immortal Realm Ancestors of the Blue Sea Empire deciding to remain behind in the Onyx Empire to ward off any demonic cultivators.

In the end, this had resulted in the demonic cultivators originally coming from the side of the Onyx Empire and attacking the territory of the sect to stop showing up. Instead, the number of demonic cultivators appearing on the other side of the sect's territory had increased. Resulting in most of the sect's disciples and elders moving towards that border instead.

After all, with a Celestial Immortal Realm Ancestor from the Blue Sea Empire guarding the other border for them, there was no need for them to have so many people guard the place. Even the winged lion demon beast had moved away and was now stationed at the new border.

Even though… The reason for the winged lion demon beast wasn't so much to deal with possible True Demon Realm demonic cultivators but was more so because it had been left quite terrified by one of the Dao Seed Realm cultivators from the Blue Sea Empire that had almost ended up accidentally killing it when coming to search for demonic cultivators a few weeks earlier.

Even if it hadn't really ended up suffering any injuries as an elder had managed to jump in to explain the situation in time, it had still been terrified by the terrifying pressure of a Dao Seed Realm cultivator that had been about to crush it to death.

All things considered, outside of that one incident, there hadn't really been any problems with the people from the Blue Sea Empire who flew through the sect's territory and killed off any demonic cultivators they encountered.

The original worry of them getting curious about and trying to enter the Shattered Star Peaks where the main sect was located had been completely unfounded, as the people from the Blue Sea Empire didn't care the slightest bit about them.

On the other hand, it could even be said that they looked down on the sect.

Not that Xuan Hao or the elders of the sect would complain about this, as it did allow them to escape the scrutiny of the Blue Sea Empire.

Now… If the Blue Sea Empire learnt about the existence of someone in the Dao Seed Realm inside the Star Shattering Sect, things might be a bit different, as such an existence would normally not appear outside the central part of the continent and the different major powers there.

If they did, they would almost certainly be a well-known lone cultivator.

Someone in the Dao Seed Realm without any reputation would only arouse suspicion from a power like the Blue Sea Empire and considering the recent surge in demonic cultivators, they would almost certainly investigate the Star Shattering Sect thoroughly if they learnt about there being Dao Seed Realm cultivators inside the sect.

As for different rumors about there being such people in the sect already, the Blue Sea Empire's cultivators simply didn't believe something like that.

Not just because of how unlikely it was, but because it was normal for people outside the central part of the continent to spread such rumors about different large powers in their vicinity. Especially if it was a recently emerged power like the Star Shattering Sect that had only recently risen to power. Rumors about it being supported by a powerful cultivator above the Soul Ascension Realm were bound to spread.

All things considered; the Star Shattering Sect managed to escape the scrutiny of the Blue Sea Empire without any problems. The only troublesome thing in Xuan Hao's eyes was the fact that there was now a Celestial Immortal Realm Ancestor from the Blue Sea Empire right next to them.

Given that he had no idea just how wide an area the divine sense of a Celestial Immortal Realm cultivator could cover when actively searching for something, Xuan Hao didn't immediately go back to the sect, but instead rapidly moved in the opposite direction to the Onyx Empire before placing a confused Su Wuhan down and having him contact Elder Dust Fairy on his own.

The reason for doing this was rather simple, as he didn't want the ancestor from the Blue Sea Empire to notice the sect's connection with a demonic cultivator if he just so happened to be using his divine sense to personally search for demonic cultivators one day and found him together with people from the Star Shattering Sect.

Outside of that, there was also the fact that he had been useful to the Star Shattering Sect when it came to expanding the sect's information network outside the territory of the Star Shattering Sect.

With that in mind, he wanted to avoid this demonic cultivator getting killed if possible. Having him work in the empire on the opposite side of the sect's territory would place him in far less danger of something like that happening, as there were still a lot of demonic cultivators trying to enter that empire.

Of course, after having made this decision to move Su Wuhan away to from where he normally worked, Xuan Hao also made sure to inform Elder Dust Fairy about it. Making sure that she understood the reason why he had done so.

Luckily, according to Elder Dust Fairy, it wouldn't really have any effect on the expansion speed of the sect's information network, as the groundwork for the information network inside the Onyx Empire's territory had already been laid down and there was no need for Su Wuhan to do anything more with it.

On the other hand, it was far more beneficial for him to enter the other empire bordering the Star Shattering Sect that was still troubled dealing with the large influx of demonic cultivators.

During the conversation, Xuan Hao even managed to learn that the reason why the Blue Sea Empire had not yet gotten to dealing with the demonic cultivators in the empire neighboring the Star Shattering Sect was because it was in a far less important location and the demonic cultivators invading the place were too weak and could be blocked by the cultivators from the empire itself.

Of course, a sweep of the empire had still taken place at the same time as the Star Shattering Sect's territory had been swept over by powerful cultivators from the Blue Sea Empire. Resulting in a few days without any demonic cultivators causing trouble.

Unfortunately for this empire, the demonic cultivators returned shortly after the powerful cultivators from the Blue Sea Empire left. Once again pushing them into a seemingly endless war with the demonic cultivators surging out from the Frozen Wasteland.

In the end, one of the powerful cultivators from this empire had been bold enough to try and ask the cultivators from the Blue Sea Empire about whether or not they would be returning again in the future to help according to Elder Dust Fairy. Resulting in this powerful cultivator being told that they would be sweeping through the empires bordering the Frozen Wasteland once every three months. Meaning that there was only a little under two months left before the cultivators from the Blue Sea Empire would return.

And… From the fact that word of that conversation spread far enough that Elder Dust Fairy, who had only barely begun setting up the frameworks of an information network in that empire, had managed to learn about it, it was clear that this empire didn't plan on hiding this information.

With that in mind, it was more trustworthy.

After all, the small empire in question wouldn't dare spread false information about the Blue Sea Empire unless they planned to end up like the demonic cultivators that fell into the hands of the powerful cultivators of the Blue Sea Empire.

All things considered and with Su Wuhan left behind for Elder Dust Fairy to take care of, Xuan Hao returned to the sect together with Mui after spending close to two months in the mystic realm.
