Chapter 492  Two Requests[Bonus Chapter]

"Then fuck it all. Fuck it all. I'll become who I was supposed to be: one who controls thousands of abilities. I will devour all those crystals and become a god!" Zeras declared with a maddened expression.

"System..." Zeras called out, and immediately his right eye, which was the only one with a blue color, started changing into a crimson red, until his eyes were completely crimson red like blood. Now, abyssal dark eyes and red eyes looked into the blue sea.

\[What?\]

\[Can you tell me how I can enter that space one more time?\] Zeras asked as the notification panel appeared once more in his eyes.

\[It has to be known that the Host was only able to enter that place because the Host was triggered by that strange word! Entering into the Host's soul space would require some external stimuli before...\]

"Hey, system..." Zeras suddenly called out.

"Do you know, ever since you have fused with me, you have been lying to me. If I had known that I can access those powers, I'm sure I would have done all I can to find a way back into that space, but you kept it from me.

You know of my origin, don't you? You kept it away from me too. Do you know, right now, apart from how desperately I want those crystals, what I want next would be to bring an end to your existence..." Zeras said with such an abyssally dark tone that it would have caused any man to piss his pants.

\[If you can't open that space for me right now, then I promise that one day when I reach the level of a god, the first thing I would do is tear you out from my head, and then rip you into pieces.\] Zeras barked as a grin appeared on his face.

And one could tell, even though he was smiling, he was far from joking. He meant everything he said, word for word.

\[If the Host wants to desperately enter back into that space that much, then truly is one singular way.\]

"I know, you're a bastard..." Zeras said with an abysmally dark grin.

\[The way is for the system to forcefully storm open the necklace. And transfer the Host in. But this might very well be the last time, the Host would be able to enter than soul space or the Host will never be able to exit that soul space, as another door would have to be created to exit.

Host can take it the difficulty as another necklace being created, which I doubt the Host would be able to do.\]

"Hmmm, so I either get stuck into the soul space forever, or I lose access to it forever..." Zeras mused as the golden notification panel appeared once more.

\[Those the Host finally understand, why the system sometimes refuses to give the Host answers. Because, the answers are just too damaging.\]

"I have made my choice..." Zeras muttered as he looked onto the vast expanse of space, before suddenly he turned to look behind him.

"So here you are..." The excited voice of Audrey rang in his ears as Zeras looked at the Giaan who slowly walked towards him.

"You don't look like a person who just seemed to be a step away from death a few hours ago..." Audrey commented as he slapped Zeras on the shoulder playfully.

"What can I say, I was lucky to have such a lucky healer on ground.." Zeras replied as Audrey chuckled.

"Lucky you, then. And you seem to have quite the good eyes.." Audrey said as he looked at the beautiful scene of the sea flowing from the height.

"I have a request, Audrey..." Zeras suddenly said as Audrey sat his butt on the ground and looked into the distance.

"Ask away..." Audrey said as he suddenly rubbed his hand on the ground and a strange flower grew up from it. Plucking the flower, he pulled out the stalk as he began chewing on it, a satisfied expression on his face.

"I need a place to grow my strength. A place secure, a place where I can scream and not a single soul will hear..." Zeras asked as Audrey laughed out loud.

"That is a funny request. You can just say you want to go into close meditation and you need a cave..." Audrey said to him as Zeras smiled.

"Well, Giarans and humans sure have different accents..." Zeras replied as Audrey stood up and looked at him seriously.

"I'm glad that you ask for that, Zeras. You know, the Prodigies war event will be happening just three weeks from now. All the various clans right now would have their various geniuses in meditation, trying all they could to improve their strength.

I'm glad you asked to improve your strength. It shows me you're really taking your part of the deal pretty seriously..." He said as Zeras smiled.

Only if he knew just what craziness he wanted to do right now.

"Do you need any resource you need for your cultivation, battle arts, law books, anything you want and I'll try my best to fulfill..." Audrey said as Zeras raised an eyebrow before a smile appeared on his face.

"I need a medicine..." Zeras asked as Audrey raised an eyebrow.

"A medicine?"

"Yes. A medicine that can heal the soul or the consciousness..." Zeras asked as Audrey's eyes narrowed and he looked at the sea below them.

"Then there's only one place to find what you seek..." He said as Zeras looked at him with a curious expression on his face.

"The Sea of life..." Audrey suddenly said as he pointed to the sea below them.

"This body of water? It just looks to me like any other water body. Well, except that it is green. Is there something I'm missing?"

"Jump in.." Audrey commanded as he dived into the sea, and he quickly disappeared within its depths, Zeras following him a moment later.
