Chapter 89 TERROR
"Bang!"
The Alpha wave pressured the surroundings compressing it firmly like a hydraulic press with a surface area of a hundred meters. The gravity within a hundred-meter radius seems to have increased by more than five times, pushing heavily to the ground everything and anyone.
The pressure in the air continuously pressed against Erian and Craig until they were deep into the ground, turning everything quiet leaving only the sound of heavy breathing that sounded like a moving plane. jet!
"Hmph!" Even under this pressure, Erian gritted his teeth. His eyes showed an unyielding behavior as he managed to crawl out from the hole the pressure had pressed him against like a snake, finally standing on one knee. Several of his bones had cracked from the sheer force with blood and sweat oozing out from his pores. His eyes suddenly lit up "So this is the legendary alpha wave?"
Not minding his surroundings nor his condition, he closed his eyes and his breathing started to calm in the process,
This sight instantly angered the thirteen meters tall titan, it immediately released an angry roar that caused the already pressured atmosphere to shake violently as its muscles vibrated, struggling against the pressure holding him done.
"Crack!" The sound of multiple hardened glass shattering suddenly echoed as the wind exploded against the struggle of Craig's immense power. The explosion was similar to a box of hand grenades exploding right before the titan's massive figure!
Immediately after he escaped his confinement, Craig's foot slammed into the ground and the ground caved in with a bang as a ten-meter hole appeared beneath his feet. In the blink of an eye, he had crossed a distance of fifty meters. Arrived before Erian in a blur. A deafening whistling sound accompanied the two-meter wide fist, escorting a large deal of force it started to actually create sonic booms in midair!
If Erian fail to block this blow, his body would be pummeled into a paste. Erian opened his eyes and let out a pained chuckle, licking the corner of his lips as he whispered. "Misbehaving before an envoy, I only regret not killing you myself." He then continued to close his eyes and meditated on the epiphany he had gotten from the envoy's use of alpha wave!
Just as these words left his mouth, a mighty storm blew past him in a flash. Drawing blood 0n his skin due to the speed of the wind itself! With his improved eyesight, Erian was barely able to glance at the figure which swooped past him like a jet. The figure had on tattered cloths which flapped in mid-air along with his movement. His figure appeared before Craigh who seem to have felt the threat of death approaching. A silver of his sanity seem to have overtaken him as he made a move.
"RUUUUUUUUMBLE!!!"
The black device sitting on his chest, connecting along his veins seem to have ruptured, releasing a vast amount of flaming fog that spread around him, covering his entire body with the high temperature. The temperature directly melted the ground. Frying the wind with numerous popping sounds like firecrackers. One would think he had used up all of his nuclear energy by now since he had utilized nuclear energy to stimulate his cells, regenerating one of his limbs which cost at least ten thousand nuclear points while releasing the flaming fog of atherium 0f singularity and transforming into his titan form which also cost ten thousand nuclear points. Now he was still able to release this much fog which required at least 2000 nuclear points. A newly created Titan only has ten thousand points with two to three thousand i=extra in some special cases, This shows just how talented Criagh was to be able to actually have more than twenty thousand energy points in his capacity. It was for certain that he definitely isn't the last within the Elite class as he was proving very difficult to deal with. He might have gotten a few lucky encounters on the outside with how vast his nuclear capacity is. He would have been a man with many achievements, becoming a talent of the War God academy but it's a pity he calculated wrongly.
The figure blurred right before Criagh, looking like an ant compared to the colossal size of craigh. The figure actually didn't have any plans to shift as he collided with Criagh.
In the blink of an eye, the entire surroundings turned quiet for a few milliseconds, and then, an implosion appeared in space as terrifying destructive overlapping wavy ripples spawn from the center of their collision, spreading in a singular direction! Criagh, the wind, and the flaming fog along with a five hundred meter radius of the ground shot backward as though slammed into by a moving space rocket.
"KABOOM!"
It was then the sound wave and the Shockwave coagulated and spread out. Erian who currently had a smile on his face was immediately shocked back to reality as the shockwave slammed into his already wrecked body. It was as though he had been hit by a Moving train as his entire body was flung backward in the opposite direction. Just the shockwave, only just the shockwave had done this much damage to him then what about Craigh who had happily received the full blow?
Even if he had the strength of a Titan, he still lacked a defensive supercell to have the chance at surviving such a blow. There was no doubt that his entire body had been obliterated into oblivion!
"How long has it been since I've tasted blood? 7 years? Maybe 10?" the voice was soft and pleasant to the ears, but his words were cold and was swift in making Erian break out into a cold sweat.
The figure's back was exposed due to his torn clothes, revealing soothing white skin that would put any lady to shame. The man slowly turned around, stopping when his eyes locked on Erian. The man was the most beautiful person Erian had ever seen in both lives. Including females but as his eyes shifted to the man's eyes, all he saw was blood, death, and carnage! Those eyes were the color of a madman! Erian felt his heart skip and churn as a faintly pressuring wave erupted from his heart.
Fear. For the very first time since he arrived, he was actually feeling fear!
The alpha wave he had just learned rippled through his entire body and to his brain, cooling him down instantly. Involuntarily, his eyes landed on the badge that was about to fall off from the hole in the man's breast pocket and his sharp eyesight picked up a number.
"9?" furrowing his brows, he tried to remember what it means from the several books he has read when his whitish face instantly turned pale.
The man casually slurped the large piece of bloody organ on his palm into his mouth, blood dripping down the corner of his mouth but he used his tongue to catch it back into his mouth, chewing with great relish. He spoke softly. "Say it."
"G-grand Envoy." Erian swiftly spoke out. The fear in his mind crawling back up.
The handsome man revealed a trace of disappointment on his face. "Boring. I expected too much from a new student. Sigh, really bored." gazing away from Erian, he faced upwards and slurped in another organ covered in blood with the moving veins entering his throat first.
It was as though he didn't want the dripping blood to go to waste.
"I guess I have to rely on those adept to play with." The man suddenly pouted seeing as there was nothing in his palm, he faced Erian.
