Chapter 121: A Five-Second Knockout. The Surprise Assault from Sanar Country (part 1)
Wang Yun’s expression shifted rapidly as he eyed the rapidly approaching figure. His mind raced with calculations.
He hadn’t anticipated that the Thailand program inspection team would apprehend him in such a manner, nor did he expect them to be equipped with such advanced weaponry. The ninja team’s gear from before was formidable, but this was on another level–entirely bulletproof, rendering pistols useless and submachine guns hardly effective.
“They’re gearing up for close combat,” Wang Yun muttered to himself, his brow furrowing in thought.
It was a tricky situation. He was ineffective against their armor, yet they potentially had firearms.
He realized he might be getting encircled.
‘No matter how strong I am, I can’t dodge bullets. I need a plan,’ he contemplated urgently.
Without hesitation, Wang Yun pivoted and dove back into the crowd, where the enemy couldn’t freely use their guns. Moreover, he desperately needed to get similar protective gear. His safety depended on it.
His gaze, fiery and determined, locked onto the figure who had first spotted him.
“Time to buy a god-level skill, specifically god-level grappling,” he decided, swiftly purchasing the skill.
He already possessed god-level Martial Arts, but fighting and grappling were distinct arts. In this dense crowd, conventional combat was impractical, but grappling–that could work to his advantage.
On the outskirts of the crowd, a member of Thailand’s national boxing team fixed his sharp gaze on Wang Yun, quickly reporting, “Wang Yun has merged back into the crowd, Captain, get everyone to converge here.”
“He’s right ahead of me, heading my way,” the young national boxer who first spotted Wang Yun promptly added.
“Keep him engaged, he won’t escape today,” a Captain of the Thailand team commanded excitedly, his eyes shining.
The entire team rapidly moved toward the location.
Meanwhile, the Japanese program Captains, observing from their vantage point, were intently watching the scene through surveillance cameras. They noticed the Thai team’s movement and squinted thoughtfully.
“Captain Mita, Master Honei Kouten, Thailand’s inspection team seems to be converging in a specific direction. They’ve likely spotted Wang Yun, near Sector Three,” Captain Minami of the Japanese team reported promptly.
“Understood!”
Captain Mita and others lit up upon hearing this. Sector Three was a pre-designated area, strategically chosen for easier coordination and convergence.
Without delay, Captain Mita, Master Honei Kouten, and their team hastened toward the location.
Simultaneously, in China’s program task force, Wu Mingyu and his team also observed this unfolding situation on their monitors.
“Captain Kolyev, Master Jue Ming, we have indications that both Thailand’s and Japan’s Program Inspection Teams have spotted Wang Yun in the second-level area,” Wu Yaoming swiftly informed Captain Kolyev and Master Jue Ming.
“Received,” they responded in unison and promptly made their way toward the specified area.
“Dispatch twenty officers to prepare for shooting Wang Yun. Remember, only fire when the civilians’ safety is assured,” Wu Yaoming further instructed.
“Understood, Captain,” came the immediate response from the on-site program inspectors.

“Oh no, Big Brother has been spotted by Thailand’s national boxing team!”
“It’s not just Thailand. Japan’s and China’s program inspection teams have him in their sights too!”
“Big Brother is in real danger now. Both the Thailand and Japan teams are incredibly well-prepared with extraordinarily advanced weaponry and equipment!”
“This is serious. If Big Brother gets surrounded by all these top fighters, there’s no way he can escape!”
The livestream viewers watched the unfolding scene with shock and disbelief, bombarding the chat with their reactions.
With the three major program inspection teams now zeroing in on Wang Yun, his situation seemed perilous.

“Kill him first!”
In the midst of the densely gathered crowd, Wang Yun made a beeline toward the Thailand boxing team member, determination gleaming in his eyes.
At that moment, Wang Yun sensed another pair of eyes on him, bringing the total to three. The more eyes on him, the greater the danger.
In the forefront, a member of the Thailand boxing team braced himself upon noticing Wang Yun’s focus. He grabbed his communicator and declared, “Wang Yun is about to make a move against me. I’ll hold him off.”
“Just keep him busy for ten seconds,” came the swift reply.
The muay Thai warrior nodded, his stance firm amidst the crowd, eyes fixed on Wang Yun. Despite the limitation of movement due to the crowd, he was confident in his ability to engage Wang Yun for ten seconds.
His eyes met Wang Yun’s, a slight smirk on his lips. He beckoned to Wang Yun and, in broken Chinese, challenged, “I am here to test your greatest strength.”
His face was full of fighting spirit.
***
“Huh? Is he actually provoking our Big Brother?”
“He’s daring to challenge our Big Brother; we can’t stand for this. Big Brother, take him down!”
“The Thailand national boxers are incredibly formidable, each at least as strong as Captain Kolyev’s apprentice. Last time, Big Brother quickly took down Captain Kolyev’s apprentice because of a surprise attack and underestimation. This Thai fighter shows no signs of underestimating his opponent, and most importantly, his gear is very terrifying. Bullets can’t penetrate it, and he has significant resistance against punches and kicks!”
“Indeed, even if this young man from Thailand isn’t as strong as Big Brother, delaying for ten seconds in this environment should be easy. Once the masters from the other three program inspection teams arrive, Big Brother will be in real trouble.”
The viewers in the livestream commented, with some of Wang Yun’s fans showing visible concern.
At that moment, Wang Yun, upon noticing the challenge and hearing the young man’s words, revealed a chilling glint in his eyes. He advanced straight towards him.
Their proximity was mere meters, just four to be exact. With each large stride, Wang Yun closed the gap.
Only a meter separated them after three steps. Wang Yun maintained his intense gaze, refraining from initiating the attack.
The young Thai boxer saw Wang Yun so close, tensed up, his fists ready. With lightning speed, he aimed a punch at Wang Yun’s chest, his gloves adorned with fake sharp spikes. A direct hit would leave Wang Yun bloodied and severely wounded.
As the punch came, Wang Yun’s eyes sharpened. His hand, swift as a snake, instantly grasped the boxer’s wrist. Preempting the attack with a slight but firm grip.
The young man’s pupils dilated at Wang Yun’s rapid response. He launched his other fist, like a cannon.
Wang Yun eyed the incoming left fist and reacted. His left hand moved as well, his arm resembling not an arm but a python, skillfully evading the punch and coiling around the young man’s arm.
With a resounding thud, Wang Yun swiftly pulled on his opponent’s arm. His wrist snapped with a crisp, executing a precise grappling technique known as ‘split fingers’. This move, while not overly damaging, rapidly debilitated the arm’s combat effectiveness.
The young Muay Thai warrior winced in pain, his expression shifting dramatically as he faced the oncoming Wang Yun. His knees lunged forward like heavy hammers aimed at Wang Yun.
In response, Wang Yun’s arm coiled and struck with his elbow, targeting the young man’s thigh. This deft move effortlessly neutralized the attack.
Next, Wang Yun’s fist thundered toward the young man’s temple. Stepping forward, he closed the distance between them to mere centimeters. His left hand snaked around the young man’s neck.
The Thai boxer’s face contorted in shock as he felt an overwhelming force slam into his temple. His breathing hitched, his neck seemingly ensnared by a serpent.
Another fierce strike hit the temple, leaving the young boxer dazed.
“This defense is incredibly tough,” Wang Yun thought, slightly astonished.
Despite his immense strength, nearing human limits, his full-force strike couldn’t knock the young man unconscious. The extraordinary resilience of the young boxer’s gear amazed him. Nevertheless, the back-to-back powerful hits, although somewhat mitigated by the protective gear, still transmitted significant force into the young man’s body.
Wang Yun then reached out and grabbed for the hood on his opponent’s head.
With a sharp snap, Wang Yun skillfully exploited a weakness in the hood, revealing a razor-sharp scalpel in his hand.
“You’re already dead. Don’t resist, don’t move,” he said coldly, pressing the scalpel against the Thai boxer’s neck.
The young man shuddered, fear evident in his eyes. He was incredulous at being overpowered in just a few swift moves, especially while clad in such advanced gear.
Wang Yun’s formidable strength and unorthodox techniques had left him utterly stunned. He couldn’t even withstand the assault for ten seconds, barely lasting five.
How could Wang Yun be so overwhelmingly strong and terrifying?
Wang Yun efficiently subdued this elite Muay Thai fighter, quickly removing his hood. He then proceeded to strip off the young man’s specialized gear.
