Volume 2 Chapter 98: Let’s Not Tell Anyone Else
With the formation of the White Owl Merchant Group, there was nothing for Keith to worry about. William was going to help out with supplying the cows. This was another way to help the people from the slums.
Keith patted Aria and Fira, "Good night, Aria, Fira."
"Good night, Keith!" Fira shouted. And like that, Keith was going to take a good nap. But that nap didn't come.
"Ahh, Kreye, Hepha. What's the-Eh?" Keith knew Kreye and Hepha were the ones who called him again. But what he saw caused him to blink a few times. He saw the two divine beings. But the two were on their knees, being scolded by someone.
"Oh, my. Hello there," The person noticed Keith. She was a beautiful woman. She had beautiful golden brown hair. And her eyes were the same as well. Like the other two, she was an eternal beauty.
"Hello, Goddess," Keith bowed his head.
"Oh, my. So you know I'm a goddess?"
Keith shook, "I don't know which goddess you are. But you're a goddess,"
"Please raise your head, Child. There's no need to bow your head," Keith raised his head up,
"I'm the goddess of Earth, Rhea," Rhea introduced herself.
"Hello, my name is Keith,"
"It seemed these two gods have been causing you a lot of trouble," Rhea stated as she glared at Kreye and Hepha. That caused the two gods to shiver. But Keith quickly explained,
"No! Kreye and Hepha did nothing like that. I think it's fine."
"Really?"
"Mmhmm," Keith nodded.
"Then you two are lucky," Rhea stated as she looked away from the two. She turned to Keith,
"Child, have you been doing well?"
"Mmhmm! Mmhmm! I've been working hard these last few days!" Keith stated as he pumped his fists.
"Can you tell me?" Rhea and now the other two sat on the side. And Keith recounted everything to them. It has become a thing now. But he was fine because they had smiles,
"I'm going to keep working hard!" Keith pumped his hands into the air!
"That's great!" "Mmhmm!" "Good job!" The three heavenly beings cheered him on. But Keith added,
"Ms. Rhea, have you tried my cooking?"
Rhea shook her head, "No, I have not. These two little piggies ate it all,"
"How could you call us piggies?!" "Yeah!"
"Huh?"
"We're piggies!" "We stuffed our faces full!" The two heavenly beings lost that battle with one glance from her.
"Then do you want me to make something for you?" Keith smiled,
"Is that fine with you?!"
"It's fine. But do you have anything you want to eat?" Keith questioned.
"I want to try some of those sweets," Rhea saw how happily Hepha ate those sweets.
"Then I will make some cookies and bread for you," Keith smiled as he got to work.
"So delicious!"
"I definitely want more,"
"What do you think, Goddess Rhea?"
"It's divine," Rhea smiled as she ate the bread.
"I'm going to go now," Keith waved his hand.
"Later," The three divine beings waved their hands.
...
"See? Do you understand why we didn't want to tell anyone else?" Kreye questioned Rhea.
"I get it now. The kid is such a kind soul," Rhea stated. He was respectful and kind to them all.
"And he makes such delicious food as well,"
"That's why I don't want to tell the others,"
"Are you going to continue to hide it from others?!"
"Of course! And are you going to tell them?!" The two divine beings stared at Rhea.
"No way!" Like the other two, there was no reason to tell them about it. Rather, they would rather hide it for the rest of their lives!
