Chapter 212: Strategy -1
Chapter 212: Strategy -1
"I bet the scum must have told you how his parents died and how he was forced to choose between his kingdom and his little sister. I agree, to become a king at such a tender age is difficult but then again, becoming a king in itself, regardless of age is a task where death seeks you every second. You can't be free and a king at the same time."
"This little rascal was calculated since he was a child. Perverted to no end. He gave in to his temptation and accepted the devil's fruit. The man killed his parents because they failed to keep up with their words. It was natural for them, to get killed. I warned them. I even begged them not to follow dark arts, but they did and earned their miserable death. No one to blame, as for this kid, he first hand experienced what happened with his parents. He saw how miserable they were in the end. He knew everything, yet when asked whether he wanted to have power, he nodded his head. I don't want to touch the part, how sad he was or whatever fuck he has to tell, the facts remain the same. He did accept devil's blessings, at the cost of his beloved sister's life, whom he used to cherish."
Minya was stunned.
Moon was spitting facts.
"After he killed his sister for power, he somehow felt remorse, so he hired special architects and built a coffin for her sister and invested heavily in dark arts. Even the 12 knights he prepared are nothing but his failed experiments of the resurrection of his dead sister. He had everything, power, money, fame, luxury, and a kingdom to rule. However, he didn't have anyone with whom he could share all this. His happiness was hollow, his smile was in vain."
The knights present there were shocked. In an instant, they felt an existential crisis coming at them with its full force.
However, Moon didn't address the issue as she continued, "There was no joy in his life. I pitied the boy. Though I knew I shouldn't I still pitied him and for some reason, my nonexistent heart became soft for him thus I decided I was going to protect him, after all, I have seen this kid growing since he was born."
"Shut up."
"Shut the fk up."
Minya screamed at the top of his lungs.
"It was you, because of you my parents died, and this perilous situation occurred. Don't you dare blame me for it or shift it. You knew about it. You knew all along. Didn't you?" His eyes turned red from anger.
Ha!
"So what?"
"I agree I knew it. I knew about it, knew very well, but if you can think about yourself, your parents can think about yourself, you all have the right to be selfish then why, why can't I do the same?"
"Who gave you the right to judge me?"
"And for your information. I did warn your parents and they understood it. They knew that they wouldn't be able to handle it. Yet, they did it. They sacrificed their lives to the dark arts. It was their greed that drove them to their graves. As for you, isn't it the same? The hunger for power made you insane and even made you a murderer."
"The deal, you know about it?" Minya said in bafflement.
Moon's eyes turned cold. "Of course, I knew."
"You think you can fool me. Dream on kid. It wasn't me who killed your parents, yet you pinned all the blame on me. I still was not the one who killed your sister yet again you pinned the result of your choices on me. After All this, you still wanted me dead so you can have your sister back as well as restrain me. Do you take me as a fool? I even knew about the prophecy thus I followed your little foolish act and portrayed myself as a weak spirit."
"The plan went smoothly. And now, after sacrificing Severus. I will drain your life essence as well as will drain it from each and every single individual present in Znye kingdom. After I become powerful, I will continue my search for the spring temple of heavenly pavilion" Since everything was set in motion, the moon revealed her plan.
No one could threaten her now, only she believed in it.
Severus smirked.
Severus he knew the truth long ago. He knew this was nothing but a feud between a greedy spirit and a greedy mortal. Both were the same, their hearts corrupted yet they blamed each other for their miseries. This was so childish. Now Severus had no reason to spare Minya's life.
As for Moon,
"My, my, someone is feeling invincible" Desella sarcastically commented.
The comment irked her.
Snapping her finger, the fire message who was earlier flaming with blue fire diminished, and soon its flame disappeared.
"Easy. Isn't it?" She mocked her.
Moon's eyes bulged out.
What the hell happened?
Everyone was in shock.
How come the magical flame just disappears? Wasn't it some so-called sacrificial fire?
"How did you manage to extinguish the sacrificial flame?" She gazed deeply at Desella, but she ignored it. Tending to Severus wounds,
"You"
Minya's mind turned hazy. The parchment paper was real how come they got extinguished.
HAHAHAHAH
Severus laughed insanely.
"Ouch"
"Don't laugh or your wounds may get stretched Lord '' Desella chided him to which Severus helplessly sighed, however there was a tiny smile on his face. People's expressions soured when they saw the PDA. Noworry just sighed. He was now immune to Severus' tactics.
After patting her head, he pulled her behind as he confronted two idiots. "Now, let me tell you something which both of you might know or not know. So, you both believed in some crazy prophecy that after killing me, you both can bargain something at the cost of my life. Let's say I believe in you and your so-called prophecy but" he came forward as he grabbed Minya's hair, his expression chilling.
Thud!
He banged his forehead on the floor. His head cracked as blood started dripping from his wounds. Severus didn't care, he again banged his head on the floor three more times before letting it go. Standing up, he clapped his hands to dust it off.
"I guess now your brain might start working." He stared at the moon.
"Did you both really think you can just kill me or sacrifice me, and I will let you do it? Did you really think I was a pushover, or did you forget who I was or am?"
Man this hurt my pride
