Chapter 619 William Helps Long Chen Tremendously

Long Chen's revelation left William utterly astounded.

They clarified some things for him but also raised a multitude of new questions.

"Do you happen to know the name of the Devil God who broke free in the Great Qin Empire and who his allies were?" William inquired after some reflection.

"As far as I know, this Devil God was called the Tyrannical Asura Devil God, Azaroth," Long Chen responded.

The mention of that name sent a thrill of excitement through William. It was confirmation that, in the future, they had managed to rescue their Master, Azaroth!

Long Chen continued, "As for his allies, many devils from Purgatory came forth to support him, but I lack precise information about them. During that time, I was still in the Zhongxing Kingdom, not on the frontlines battling against this Devil God and his allies."

This response piqued William's curiosity, and his brows furrowed in confusion.

'If any of us – Me, Noah, Laura, Tiana, Yrellea, or Ralph – had publicly supported our Master, it should have made big headlines. After all, it would be seen as a betrayal of the human race and assistance to the demons. So, does this mean none of us openly supported our Master? But that doesn't seem quite right.'

William set aside these questions for later and refocused on the matter at hand.

He offered Long Chen a friendly smile and said, "Thank you for sharing this information. I have friends in the Great Qin Empire, and I'll inform them to keep an eye out for the release of this Devil God."

"What's your plan going forward?" William asked with genuine curiosity.

Without hesitation, Long Chen replied, "I want to grow stronger as fast as I can and prepare Zhongxing Kingdom for the impending demon attack from the Great Qin Empire."

William raised an eyebrow and then grinned. "That's quite a challenging mission you've set for yourself."

"I don't have much of a choice. At the very least, I want to save my companions this time," Long Chen spoke with unwavering determination.

William's smile persisted as he nodded, "Good. Then I'll lend you a hand."

Long Chen was taken aback but couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of happiness. This was the response he had been hoping for after sharing the truth with William and revealing the state of the future.

Knowing that William was an Emperor Realm expert, Long Chen recognized his immense value for the journey ahead.

"You probably don't need a cultivation technique from me," William commented absentmindedly. "The aura I sense from you indicates that you're already cultivating one of the top-tier techniques, even though it doesn't exude power and seems to have a versatile skill set."

Long Chen's eyes widened momentarily before he reminded himself that it was only natural for someone of William's caliber to pick up on such details. William was, after all, renowned as one of the most powerful Emperor Realm experts among humans.

"Sure thing. I hope you can assist me in getting rare and potent spiritual herbs to boost my cultivation quickly. I also need help in obtaining Holy Artifacts, typically found in churches or temples, and blueprints for some Array and Battle Formations," Long Chen laid out his requests candidly.

William took a moment to ponder Long Chen's requests. Luckily, all of them were quite doable.

"In two weeks, visit the branch of the Misty Flower Pavilion in this city," William suggested. "I have some connections there, and I'll arrange for regular deliveries of spiritual herbs that can boost your cultivation, serve as healing remedies, or enhance your strength and elemental power."

Long Chen's excitement was palpable. William wasn't just meeting his demands but going above and beyond, providing items that would prove incredibly valuable.

But William wasn't finished. He added, "As for the Holy Artifacts, I can't send them right away. I don't have a substantial number in my storage. However, since you don't need them immediately, let's delay that for a few years. Then I'll supply you with a hefty amount."

Long Chen agreed without hesitation, understanding that Holy Artifacts wouldn't be of immediate use.

And William continued, "Regarding the Battle and Array Formations, I'll dispatch three Array Masters and four Alchemy Masters to your group. They will remain with your team and follow your orders. These experts are highly knowledgeable in their respective fields, and they're all at the King Realm, which means they can also serve as your bodyguards."

Long Chen was genuinely taken aback by William's offer. He was aware that Alchemy Masters and Array Masters often had strong egos. The idea that three Array Masters and four Alchemy Masters would willingly follow his orders and even provide protection was beyond his expectations.

In the Zhongxing Kingdom, not even the Monarch could boast having seven King Realm experts under their command, especially when three were Array Masters and four were Alchemy Masters. This level of support would certainly ensure his safety.

"Thanks a lot, Sir William," Long Chen expressed his genuine delight.

William responded with a friendly smile, "This is all because I want you to grow quickly and ensure your safety. It wouldn't bode well for me if you suddenly kicked the bucket one day."

Long Chen grinned confidently, replying, "Don't worry, Sir William. If nothing else, I think I've got a talent for surviving even the direst situations."

William had a sly glint in his eye as he thought, 'I have no doubt about that, especially with your incredible providence.'

"Now, why don't you tell me more about that young lady who appeared earlier? Who is she?" William inquired.

He had some information about her but wanted to maintain the pretense that he didn't know too much.

Long Chen offered an offhand explanation, "Her name is Ren Yue, and she's the heir of the Ren Family, who used to govern this region of the kingdom. Unfortunately, her family lost power, and it's now the Jin Family in control. I'm helping Ren Yue to defeat the Jin Family and reinstate her Ren Family as the rulers of this area. Then, I plan to use the Ren Family as a launching point to establish an organization that will span across the Zhongxing Kingdom, preparing for the future demon invasion."

William nodded with seriousness. "Very well, take down my contact details from the Voice Transmission Array Stele. I'm sure it will come in handy someday. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. I'll do what I can to help."

"Yes, sir," Long Chen muttered in a daze.

With that, he could now contact one of the most powerful Emperor Realm experts. Long Chen really felt as though this day was getting better with each passing moment.

Unfortunately for Long Chen, he had no idea that this was just the sweetness of the poison. He had made a huge mistake by sharing all his information with William. Especially about the release of Devil God Azaroth.

It didn't take long before William took his leave. He was in a rush actually. This was because William wanted to activate the Mystical Spiritual Connection Ring to contact all his comrades and share this wonderful news with them.

They had finally acquired solid proof that their master Azaroth was alive!
