Changing Days

After everyone had calmed down a bit.

First, I thanked Xena-san from the bottom of my heart and hugged Lefi, Layla, Nell, and Lyuu, who had been helping me all the time.

Since we had only eaten a light meal so far, and it was late, we prepared and ate a little bit of food, took a bath, and went to sleep.

Xena-san stayed the night as well – and the night was over.

And so we learned how to take care of the baby one by one from Xena-san.

Everyone was serious and very motivated.

Riou, who had cried with all her might, started to sleep soundly again, now that the cause of her discomfort was gone.

When she gets a little older, I’m going to make him say, “I love you, Daddy!”.

I had to be careful not to make her say, “Daddy, you’re so annoying!”.

Lefi laughed cheerfully, and Rir implied seriously that he would definitely protect her.

I wonder how this child would grow up.

The days with the addition of Riou.

She was so irrepressibly cute that the whole dungeon was centered around her. Well, that’s how it goes.

Riou was a really energetic child who cried a lot and slept a lot, as if it were her job.

As a parent, I appreciated the fact that she was able to express herself so clearly.

Because of her high-energy level, she often cried in the middle of the night, but because there were many adults around, we could share the responsibility of taking care of her, so the burden on each of us was minimal.

And, well… even though Riou’s actual mother may be Lyuu, everyone in the adult group would be treated as her mother. I, for one, would be happy to see her grow up under this kind of mindset.

And seeing us like that, the little girl group was also helping us out a lot.

Since Lefi and Lyuu became pregnant, the little girls had been doing many things for us, but now that they have an additional role as [older] sisters, they have been helping us more and more often.

When I tried doing chores, they would say, “Oh, I’ve already done that,” or “Oh, we’ve all finished that already!” or “…you can take your time.”, and there were situations where there was nothing to be done.

They were really great kids.

However, there was one reason for this: the girls were going to be busy again, so they wanted to help us while they still could, and it appears that they were actively doing housework for us.
