Chapter 161: Yellow City Trial End

Two, his head was now the centre of his soul, only if it's directly affected will he die direct or instantly

Three, inside the 1% Aura in his body there was enough energy to stabilize his body from gradual death.

[Healthe Status: Fetal Burn!]

This was when Seth's body somehow stabilized and enough blood regenerated and flowed through his veins.

[Health Status: Severe Burning Injury]

Guru gam, Guru gam, Guru gam, Guru gam! Seth's heart beats stronger than ever and he felt a deep sleep envelop him. He has no idea what happened but he just wanted to take a nap.

.

.

.

Seth woke up, still floating in his place, the items he brought out floating around him. He still has no leg and hand but he didn't mind, he just brushed death and survived. Why worry about some limbs?

With a thought, he began to store the items away and leave Clear Stone to sit on his head. He moved his stiff head and looked at the boy that was still there, observing.

"Hey!"

"Hey!" The boy answered.

"How long have I been asleep!"

"Some minutes!"

"Thanks!"

"You are welcome!"

Seth then looked at the notifications.

[Health Status: Light Burns]

He then checked the amount of his Aura, well there was no longer that information. He held on to his will and tapped into his aura and he felt his body overflowing with it.

He picked some and then went and attacked his head, trying to get its aura after some time, he came back and he got the feeling of overwhelming control of his aura return just like before and then he focused on what remained of his hands.

His body thinned and the limb healed, he did that to his leg and the rest of his body.

[Health Status: Normal (Handicapped)]

Seth didn't mind and he closed his eyes for more sleep before he woke up later with hunger. He brought out fruits and consumed them. He even threw one at the boy.

Recovering, using his floating capability to not put weight on his stomped legs and he half dragged and half walked outside the building.

About 300m away from him was a large glowing, head-size, yellow core. The chief core wasn't that large but all the other cores fused with it and made it this large.

Seth floated there and stood before it. He raised his elbow which was what remained of his hand and touched it.

Ding!

[Yellow City Acknowledge you]

And then Seth found himself standing outside the Yellow door. Standing, his legs were back and his hand back too.

"Haha! My hands...my legs!" Seth shouted.

"Woah. Looks like someone has been through a lot!"

Seth looked at the speaker and he found a skinny Ash. He looked beaten off and shrivelled.

"Haha, you too!" Seth said with a smile. He quickly looked for the Yellow Core he tried to take but he didn't find it.

"We will have to wait for Samsi, he will be the one bringing the rewards."

But Seth did find the damaged Belt around him. Was it because it was damaged? But he was sure that it absorbed some heat and yellow energy when the blast happened. It might not be that useless.

Seth, like five others, stood there waiting but he was tired and his healing didn't come out of nowhere, it was the body's energy that was used to heal him. That meant he was frail, without strength. He was about to sit…

"You better stay up, the battle isn't over!"

Seeing that he wasn't the only one that suffered but still standing, he stayed up too. But he focused on enriching his green cloak with aura. It did not recover after his teleportation out of the Yellow door but it only began to recover faster than normal with Aura.

[Green Hood Cloak recovered and all skill refreshed -50% effects]

It took thirty minutes before he healed it back. But as he touched it, he found that it was thinner and easy to tear. At least it's back.

One by one the players came out from the door, but to them, it felt like they just teleported.

All the players came out, except Zambia and Samsi. Suddenly, the door exploded with fire and scorching heat permeated the tunnel and then a player burst through the flame and appeared holding something.

His attire was tattered and his body was red, partially burned, and with only one hand. He dashed and passed the players while a dragon bigger than the door slammed at the door with a roar, trying to pass through.

Both Seth and the other players were frozen in place. That was an adult dragon. its true power might have been sealed by the door but it didn't stop its imposing presence. Thankfully, it wasn't strong enough to kill them.

The door repaired itself and slammed shut.

"Fuck. Zambia, you bastard!" Rena shouted. They all turned back and found him panting on the ground with a crazed smile on his face. His only hand clutching something.

"Please, heal me!" He whispered. No one can imagine what he has been through but they can speculate. And Seth can feel the pressure of Dragon Breath on him, 'did he tank a dragon breath?' He wondered.

But that wasn't what concerned him now. Zambia had tried to kill him, why? He has no idea.

'I can't take him even with Mantle, I will not take that chance. I better stay around people to be safe until I come up with something!'

Seth looked around the players, Ash doesn't seem that powerful. Fist is, but, Is he enough?

Seth's eyes landed on Juma, she was shocked too but Seth felt that she could contend with Zambia.

However, she doesn't seem trustworthy. The reason was that she didn't try to help Blessing Winter when the Green Dragon was trying to take her.  Seth concluded that due to the fact that the vines holding her in place didn't even bulge let alone swell.

And that indicated she didn't have any intention of attacking or going against the Green Dragon.

That was opposed to Rena who has large vines trapping her as she has more attention than everyone in trying to help Blessing Winter.

Seth didn't come up with a substantial solution when he suddenly felt a tug. Something was being pulled from his pocket.

This didn't only happen to him but to all the players.

[Your reward is too great to obtain it.]

"FUCK YOU MOTHER FUCKER!"

Seth cursed out loud as he made his green cloak wrap around him. And also held on to his Pure White Stone Will to hold on to whatever was being taken away.

"Haha!" Rena and Juma laughed, seeing Seth flustered. But they too were trying to hold on to something.

"The reward you obtained will be changed to something smaller or inferior if you allow them to take it. As technically you already have it in spirit!" Ash explained.

Seth thanked him mentally and fought back. He wasn't the only one as some players were already shouting curses. Three of them couldn't hold on and they lost the tug.

But with every passing second, it became harder and they were being overpowered. Seth realized something, they were going against an entire Sanctuary, and even if it was weaker than Living Roots, they stood no chance. That was when he realised this tug of war can't be won easily.

'Pulse..!'

Seth's cloak pulsed with dragon pressure but it was directed at whatever was pulling his reward away. And that made him feel the grip loosen and Seth held on more. It's as if he almost lost his stuff and now he has it back.

Moments later, the yellow door burst open and a glowing man rushed out. He pushed the door closed and a loud curse was heard as it slammed shut.

"Fuck you Juma, why the hell did you resist. I would have died there. Zero, you fucking attack me with dragon pressure! I told you not to!" Sami cursed at the top of his lung as he slumped on the floor, leaning on the wall.
